On 19 August 2022 took place at Louvain la Neuve in Belgium the Summer University of the Segec (the General Secretariat of Catholic Education in the French-speaking part of Belgium). During this event, the SeGec presented its new educational project “MISSION OF THE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL”.

On May 12, 2022 took place in Lviv (Ukraine) a webinar organized by OIEC and the European representation of Catholic schools CEEC and the secretariat of Ukraine Catholic Schools. Participants discussed the topic “Ukrainian Catholic Schools in the drama of war”.
On March 24, 2022 the OIEC met with GPEN Reformation and the OIDEL in order to work on the restructuring of the Christian schools’ representation within the Council of Europe.
On 22 and 23 October 2021, the members of the CEEC (European Committee for Catholic Education – representation of the OIEC Region Europe) met for the 97th time. The General Assembly took place in Athens/ Greece.
The KKEKS (Albanian Committee for Catholic Schools) organized on October 18, 2021 a day of presentation of the Global Educational Pact to Albanian civil society: bishops, ministers, the press, international organizations, teachers, students, the diplomatic corps. The Congregation for Catholic Education was represented by its secretary Bishop Zani.
20-23 September, Maynooth and Portalington (Ireland). The week of 20 to 23 September 2021 represented a week rich in various meetings, around the issue of a reorganization of the management of Catholic schools in Ireland (Republic and Northern Ireland). And on this occasion the Irish Bishops recorded the return of Ireland to the OIEC.
On 14 and 15 March 2019 was organized in Brussels, Belgium by the CEEC (OIEC Regional Secretariat for Europe) a symposium with the topic “The Catholic School and the challenges of the Intercultural and the Interreligious”.
On Friday 27th and Saturday 28th October, the 92nd General Assembly of the CEEC (European Committee for Catholic Education) was held in Glasgow (Scotland).
